The kit features a loading deck, 5 trailer docks, and ground level vehicle access. All entrances feature doors that may be modeled open or closed. The rooftop has an AC unit and ductwork. The canopy and concrete sides have cracks engraved into them, these can be highlighted using dark washes.

Oiled manilla card holds laser cut card exceptionally well and readily accepts all paint types.
