Description
Based on the lift bridge at Joliet, Illinois, this double track bridge could be the centerpiece of your layout. At over 3′ long and 10″ tall, this fully detailed kit has serious presence. Laser cut from 1mm (0.04″) & 1.5mm (0.06″) MDF with detailing laser cut from oiled manila card, the kit features slot and tab construction for the majority of the structure to allow fast and accurate assembly without the need for specialist tools.

- detailed Lift Operators Hut
- walkways, ladders and railings in each tower
- assorted electrical cabinets
- lift motors featuring centrifugal cooling blowers
The Lift Operators Hut can be positioned alongside one tower or on top of the central span of the bridge – a plate and ladder are included for this.
